Assistant Manager

Manage a team of 45 to 60 FTE's, plan and monitor Associates' production, identify and resolve production and quality issues, and provide training as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years' experience in RCM
• Good Communication Skills (Oral and written) and Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
