Manager Operations

Manager Operations will establish and assure compliance with departmental policies and procedures, manage day-to-day operations, people management, performance management, and reports. The role requires thorough knowledge of AR scenarios and Denials, expertise in Federal and Commercial payor mix, and ability to interact with US clients and manage escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• 10+ Years of Experience in the Health Care industry
• 3+ Years of experience in managing and mentoring large teams
