Lead Toddler Teacher

As a Lead Toddler Guide at Guidepost Montessori, you will create a calm and purposeful environment for toddlers to discover their potential and develop independence, language, and self-regulation skills. You will lead a mixed-age toddler classroom and prepare beautiful and orderly environments that invite exploration and support lifelong learning.

Requirements

• Interest in pursuing fully sponsored Montessori certification
• Experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group care or early learning setting
• Alignment with child-led educational approaches (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in any field
