The Florida Blue Center Health Plan Consultant plays a critical role in delivering a best-in-class customer service experience, driving sales and growth, and retaining membership.
Requirements
- 2+ years related work experience in a sales and service environment
- High school diploma or GED
- State of Florida 2-40 license 60 Days
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet and web-based tools
- Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays
