Job Description
As a Loan Officer at Guild Mortgage Company, you will play a key role in the organization's Production functions, providing quality relations with borrowers and completing the origination processing of loan applications. You will be responsible for obtaining accurate and thorough loan applications, collecting supporting documentation, and analyzing credit reports and financial scenarios to determine suitable loan products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in Mortgage lending or related field
- Active NMLS License
- Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
