Requirements
- Graduating as a Bachelor in an ICT direction
- Healthy interest in collaboration tools
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft environment (M365, Internet Explorer, Windows 10...)
- Knowledge of management and takeover tools such as AD, Mobile Device Management, Teamviewer
- Insightful knowledge of hardware and software at network level (patching, Cisco, VPN...) internet and networks
- Interest and insight into smartphones (both Android and iOS)
- Knowledge and experience with Topdesk is a plus
- Strong communication skills and fluency in Dutch, English, and/or French is a plus
