We are seeking a commercially driven and high-impact Head of Sales for the European region to lead and scale our commercial operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Head of Sales or commercial leader
- Strong track record in B2B or B2B2C sales of standardized or high-volume products as well as Channel sales, distribution management, or retail sales
- Experience in industrial, security, consumer durables, or related sectors is preferred
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth across multiple European markets
- Strong commercial acumen and pricing expertise
- Deep understanding of channel and distribution strategies
- Clear “hunter” mindset with a passion for acquiring new business
- Comfortable operating in the field and meeting customers regularly
- Strong negotiation, leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to operate both hands-on and strategically
- English as a company language, additional languages as a plus
