We're looking for a Content Creator – Social Media Editor and Visual Producer to create social media-focused material, documentary-style storytelling, and episodic storytelling that sparks emotional connections and engagement.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of professional experience in videography, photography, and content creation
• Proven ability to tell stories that create emotional connections
• Solid communication skills and ability to follow creative direction and turn it into video editing
• Good understanding of image composition (lighting, angles, negative space, clarity/dept of field)
• Advanced technical expertise in cameras, audio, lighting, and editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Solid experience in documentary-style storytelling or brand-focused video content creation
• In-depth understanding of social media trends, formats, and creative hooks
• Bilingual (EN/FR) with the ability to adapt content tone to both markets
• Flexible and willing to travel – comfortable capturing stories and events outside of Montreal
• Ability to creatively solve problems and provide both high-quality content and social media clips at rapid turnaround times
