Gusto is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Workflows for Gusto Pro, a product specifically built for Accountants. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience and a proven track record of leading R&D teams that deliver impactful results.

• Strong product discovery and analytical skills

• Strong collaboration skills; ability to quickly build trust with teams and customers

• Strong POV on building products in the age of AI; experience building AI-driven features is a big bonus
