
Job description
The Services Area Sales Manager provides after-sales service, builds business by identifying and selling prospects, and maintains relationships with clients. The role involves selling products, recommending solutions, and providing support to customers. The Services Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment.
The main responsibilities of the Services Area Sales Manager include selling products, maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing the territory/market's potential, creating and managing a customer value plan, and resolving customer complaints. The role also involves updating customer data bases, processing orders, and submitting activity and results reports.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be flexible to travel, and have fluency in English (business level). You should also have a degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics as a major, 5 years of sales experience in custom-made products, and be professional and knowledgeable of the services and products offered.
