Job Description
We are looking for a motivated leader to join our GXO Supply Chain operation at our Wellingborough site as a Warehouse Team Leader. The successful candidate will support the Shift Managers in the safe and efficient running of the day-to-day operation while ensuring daily KPIs are met and managing specific areas of the shift.
Requirements
- Experience in setting tasks and working to KPIs
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player with proven team leadership abilities
- IT literate with an analytical approach to problem-solving
- Solid experience in process management within a warehouse or transport environment
