Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Billing Operations Employee to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. As a Billing Operations Employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, transparent, and client-specific billing of all consulting services.

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include ensuring and checking correct, timely, and client-specific billing, monitoring compliance with internal guidelines and statutory regulations, and supporting the analysis and development of billing workflows.

Requirements

• Completed business administration studies or comparable commercial training
• Several years of experience in the Billing or Finance area
• Knowledge of billing according to RVG, hourly rates or alternative remuneration models
• Secure handling of law firm and ERP systems (e.g. Aderant or comparable) as well as MS-Office 365
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High communication skills and team orientation
• Discretion, accuracy and understanding of the special features in the legal environment
• Very good German and English skills
