Team Lead Accounting (m/f/d)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Team Lead Accounting to lead an engaged team, ensure transparent and efficient financial processes, and ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements.

What You Will Do

Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, complete and accurate recording of business transactions, professional leadership and further development of the accounting team.

At least five years of professional experience in a comparable position, comprehensive knowledge of tax law, experience in leading and further developing teams in the accounting area.

Requirements

• Completed business administration studies with a focus on accounting, finance, or financial reporting
• At least five years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Comprehensive knowledge of tax law
• Experience in leading and further developing teams in the accounting area
• Secure handling of ERP or law firm systems (e.g. DATEV, Aderant) as well as good MS365 knowledge, in particular Excel
