Building Consultant

H2M is seeking a Building Consultant to manage various projects focused on estimating large commercial, complex losses. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration, insurance, and remediation field, as well as expertise in construction management and disaster recovery. Responsibilities include estimating, project management, and customer service.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of estimating and related work experience in the restoration, insurance, and remediation field.
• Bachelor’s degree highly desirable.
• PMP/RRO certifications are a plus.
• Must have demonstrated experience estimating large commercial complex losses.
• Effective understanding of causes of loss, expected damage, and repair methods.
