Residential Superintendent
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required. At least four years of experience in building trade required
Project Manager
4+ years of experience in construction project management, strong understanding of schedules, budgets, and job cost management
Development Estimator
Proven experience in civil construction estimating, strong understanding of excavation and utilities, and ability to manage multiple estimates at once
Pipe Foreman
5+ years of pipe experience, leadership skills, valid driver's license, and DOT Medical Card
Gravel Pit Field Mechanic
2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, basic knowledge of hydraulics, and ability to troubleshoot electrical systems
Automative Mechanic
3+ years of experience, proficient in diagnostics, valid driver's license
CDL Truck Driver
Valid CDL Class A license, 18+ years old, clean driving record, and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
Scraper Operator
3+ years of experience operating a scraper, valid driver license, and good verbal communication skills
Development Superintendent
5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, grading, or roadwork, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in construction management software
