Job Description
Hadley Designs is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the company's financial future and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. The Director will be responsible for building scalable systems, managing cash flow, and leading financial strategy to support the company's next era of growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including 3+ years in leadership
- Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Experience implementing scalable systems and automation in growing organizations
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and tax standards
- Proficiency with tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent analytical and communication skills; you turn complexity into clarity
- Experience in e-commerce or multi-channel retail (preferred)
- Collaborative mindset and the confidence to influence executive-level decisions
