Hadley Designs is seeking a mission-driven leader to own and scale their direct-to-consumer ecommerce channels, growing revenue to $20M+ within 18 months.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands on Shopify with paid social
• Proven track record growing brands beyond $20M in revenue
• Fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads and high-velocity creative testing
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript
