Principal Molding Engineer

Haemonetics is seeking a Principal Molding Engineer to lead complex technical projects and provide expert-level engineering guidance. The role involves leading projects end-to-end, developing robust molding processes, and providing technical direction on mold design and resin selection. The successful candidate will have significant experience in injection molding manufacturing and a strong working knowledge of FDA and ISO regulatory requirements for medical devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in injection molding manufacturing
• Significant experience in regulated medical device environments
• Deep expertise in thermoplastics, tooling design, scientific molding, and process validation
• Strong working knowledge of FDA and ISO regulatory requirements for medical devices
