Design and Sales Consultant

Hajoca Corporation is looking for a Design and Sales Consultant at their Kohler Store location in San Ramon, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales, knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends, and experience working with luxury, high-end products and customers. As a Design and Sales Consultant, you will provide expert product selection assistance and design services to showroom customers, sell and provide in-store and/or in-home design consultations for kitchen and bathrooms, and build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales
• Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred
• Experience working with luxury, high-end products and customers
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
• Experience with architectural blueprints
• Strong sense of aesthetics
• Excellent customer service and verbal/telephone communications skills
• Deep product knowledge related to kitchen/bath trends
• Ability to overcome objections and close sales
• Ability to build influential relationships and trust with key vendor partners
• Ability to build positive working relationships and inspire teamwork with co-workers
• Ability to plan, organize, and multi-task
• Ability to learn and operate computer-related systems used to process orders
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
