Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Fabrication Manager to lead the fabrication team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in fabrication, including welding and fabricating multiple types of metals, and 1+ year of leadership experience. They will be responsible for managing daily operations, scheduling jobs, and ensuring quality control.

- Manage, schedule, hire and train co-workers
- Assist with recruiting and developing the Fabrications team
- Set clear performance expectations and goals
- Manage the daily operations in the fabrication shop
- Lead the preparation of detailed estimates and proposal documents
- Manage backlog and develop project schedules
- Review performance metrics and cost reports
- Develop an annual budget and measure performance against the budget
- Manage quality control and ensure efficient integration of quality control
- Ensure the Profit Center conducts all business in accordance with Company policy and procedures
