What You Will Do

Lead daily site operations, coordinate with Project Manager and subcontractors, implement site protection, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, conduct daily logs, manage change orders, and perform quality control checks.

Requirements

• Valid Construction Supervisor License
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Technical knowledge of residential construction and remodeling
• Detail-oriented with a critical eye for quality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to tow a trailer (DOT certification not required)
• Proficiency in English; Portuguese and/or Spanish
