Lead Carpenter

Role Overview

We're looking for a Lead Carpenter who brings both skill and leadership to the job site. You'll perform hands-on carpentry work and help ensure projects are completed with precision, professionalism, and care. You'll also support project oversight, maintain quality standards, and follow up with the Construction Team regarding client communications.

What You Will Do

Carpentry & Craftsmanship: perform some demolition, framing, specializing in cabinetry, millwork installations, and finish carpentry. Project Oversight: monitor project progress and address issues proactively. Team Leadership: mentor junior carpenters and laborers.

Requirements
