Facilities Technician

The Facilities Technician will be responsible for maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of all HCT buildings, grounds, and properties. This includes HVAC systems, security systems, and safety protocols. The FT will also be responsible for budgeting, shipping and receiving, and preparing the building for changeover cycles.

Requirements

• Experience in HVAC systems and controls
• Working knowledge of plumbing, mechanics, electrical, carpentry, pneumatics, roofing, painting, drywall installation and repair, masonry, and basic construction
• Basic computer skills and ability to read blueprints
• Ability to work well with others, lead by example, and demonstrate professional behavior
• Positive attitude during stressful situations
