Generator Technician

Role Overview

Generator Technician will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential standby generators. They will work as part of a team to plan and execute generator installations according to job specifications and local codes.

What You Will Do

Perform inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance to ensure generators are functioning at optimal performance. Assemble, test, and wire generator systems and related electrical components. Educate homeowners on the safe operation of their generator systems.

Why It Might Be a Fit

3+ years of experience in residential generators or electrical service. Experience in troubleshooting and repairing residential standby generators (Generac, Kohler, or similar brands is a plus). Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Valid Driver’s License (required)

• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety protocols
