The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle with a primary focus on recruitment coordination, onboarding, and HR operations. This position helps deliver a positive and seamless experience for candidates, new hires, employees, and leaders through strong organization, communication, and technology-driven processes.
Support day-to-day HR operations, coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, maintain accurate employee and candidate information, and create a positive candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, customer-service oriented, and comfortable leveraging technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
