Corrections Officer - Jail

The Corrections Officer for the Jail is responsible for maintaining security and order in the jail, government and judicial center, and transporting inmates to/from these and other facilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Corrections officer certification from Indiana Law Enforcement Academy
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain a passing score in the Handgun Course of Fire
