PT Deputy Clerk-Civil

The Part-Time Deputy Clerk-Civil provides clerical support to the Sheriff's department, performing tasks such as collecting and processing documents, answering phone calls, and assisting with public access to department information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of department policies and procedures
• Ability to type with speed and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of department information/records
• Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Ability to comply with all employer/department personnel policies
