Senior Mechanical Engineer

Lead the design, review, and supervision of mechanical systems for complex construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring all mechanical systems meet project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Lead the mechanical engineering design process including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems.
• Prepare and review mechanical system designs, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with other engineering disciplines and architectural teams.
• Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and feasibility studies as needed.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant international and local codes and standards.
• Provide technical oversight and support during procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals for compliance with design intent.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify proper execution of mechanical works.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation from a mechanical perspective.
