Requirements

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams across multiple layers of leadership, including Technical Leads
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
• Experience leading distributed teams across regions and cultures
• Deep understanding of modern engineering practices, cloud technologies (preferably AWS), and software architecture
• Exposure to AI-assisted development and engineering productivity improvements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and business audiences
• Expertise in CI/CD, microservices, APIs, containerisation, and secure development practices
