Harbor is seeking a Sourcing Senior Consultant to join their Vendor Governance and Sourcing team. The role involves providing procurement services in the APAC region, real estate projects, and facilities management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in consulting, strategic sourcing, facilities management, or project management, with a focus on strategic sourcing, process improvement, project management, and financial analysis.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a related Consulting, Strategic Sourcing, Facilities Management / Real Estate or Project Management role
- Analytical experience, ability to train, mentor and lead project teams and a desire to learn and grow
- Insight into local APAC region vendors, market knowledge, pricing and contract terms
- Facilities Management and Real Estate Procurement expertise
- Experience in the Procurement Lifecycle
- Ability to think strategically and identify critical business issues
- Experience conducting financial analysis and research
- Exceptional analytic skills and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis
- Capacity to prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines
- Ability to build trust as both a mentor and a valuable resource within the project team
- Exceptional business acumen, presence and interpersonal/communication skills
