Requirements
- Perform portfolio and strategy-level analyses to support management decisions, client requests, and internal reporting
- Ensure data integrity by monitoring position-level accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and maintain the Private Credit track record for fundraising and client updates
- Develop and monitor essential performance and portfolio metrics for HarbourVest’s Private Credit portfolio
- Build and update fund cash flow models to support planning and forecasting
- Maintain internal processes, workflows, and databases for performance and investment metrics
- Support central initiatives, ad-hoc projects, and operational improvements within the Credit team
- Collaborate with IT and data management teams to improve data reporting tools and automation processes
- Oversee and coordinate multiple third-party administrator relationships with daily and monthly portfolio requirements
- Assist in the evaluation and integration of new software or systems
