Join a team of 60 people and support clients with Hardis WMS software. Develop customer service skills and experience in international Editor Support.
Maintain operational connections with clients, create connection files, process malfunctions, and follow up on requests. Provide application support, establish diagnoses, resolve incidents, and analyze client solution performance.
Develop skills through coaching, experience in international Editor Support, and join a team of 60 people.
