
Job description
Work with vertical teams and content area specialists to align district curriculum, develop district benchmark assessments, coach teachers by modeling effective teaching strategies, assist with the instructional program at the campus, interpret and analyze data including longitudinal data for the students, integrate technology in the teaching/learning process, develop and conduct or arrange for staff development and sessions for teachers to focus on effective instructional strategies.
Coach teachers, develop and deliver training, interpret data, assist with instructional program, integrate technology.
Requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to evaluate instruction programs and teaching effectiveness, and knowledge of district's curriculum design and implementation.
