HARMAN is seeking a Lead Analyst to own, operate, and continuously evolve our global Workday HCM ecosystem, including Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Recruiting. The role will play a critical part in driving platform excellence, scalability, and compliance, while partnering closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives that support HARMANâs global growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on HRIS experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM, including Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow UX capabilities, including Employee Center, mobile experience, and familiarity with AI-enabled features such as Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist, and automation tools.
- Deep knowledge of Workday configuration, business process frameworks, data flows, integrations, and global compliance requirements.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, distinguishing true requirements from user requests.
- Proven experience leading and delivering high-impact HR technology initiatives, with strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
- Experience partnering with business leaders, and end users to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
