As a Software Engineer in the Reporting, Statistics and Automation (RSA) team, you will play a key role in designing and developing software solutions that enhance data reporting, statistical analysis, and process automation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Qlik, Power BI)
- Strong grasp of software development principles, including version control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies
- Proven ability to develop, scale, and maintain automated reporting systems and work with complex relational databases
- Collaborative mindset and intellectual curiosity to engage with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Project Management)
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a proactive, hands-on approach to tackling technical challenges with persistence and ownership
- Ability to evaluate AI capabilities and limitations, and to make informed decisions on the use of AI technologies to enhance reporting automation, data validation, anomaly detection, insight generation, and process efficiency, while ensuring transparency, reliability, and alignment with business and technical standards
