Inventory Manager

As an Inventory Manager at HARMAN, you will lead strategic inventory initiatives across global operations, leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and machine learning to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain responsiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or finance roles.
• 3+ years of experience in people management and cross-functional leadership.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Qlik Sense, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, forecasting, and machine learning applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in global supply chains and multicultural business environments.
