Job description
We are seeking physicians to deliver quality and compassionate healthcare to elderly individuals and those with complex medical issues in a residential setting.
Provide primary care to high acuity patients in their home Monday - Friday.
Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred, active/unrestricted medical license and DEA, Board Certified or Board Eligible, EMR experience.
