You'll be the first voice a customer hears when they come to Harper, handling high-volume, high-intensity phone work, learning about businesses, and capturing information to power the company's systems.
Handle back-to-back customer calls, capture information with precision, be the face of Harper, flag edge cases, and feed the system with clean, accurate notes.
You'll thrive in this role if you've done high-volume customer work before, can type fast while talking, have business sense, stay organized under pressure, and genuinely enjoy talking to people.
