Join Harper, an AI-native commercial insurance company, as an operator to turn human judgment into software. Spend 6-18 months on the front line, documenting edge cases, and creating structured templates and workflows. This is a hard, execution-heavy frontline job with a steep learning curve.
Take sales calls, process applications, handle customer service, and document every process, decision, and edge case. Build templates and workflows that convert knowledge into structured data. Use AI tools to build and fix things.
You're early in your career, exceptional, and willing to go deep before going wide. You're a pattern-spotter who can't see a broken process without wanting to redesign it. You're comfortable with AI tools and have high agency to build and fix things.
