The Operating Memory Lead will turn Harper's operating knowledge from people's heads into structured, AI-legible knowledge, ensuring the company's knowledge compounds instead of disappearing.
Capture tribal knowledge, build operating memory, use AI as a force multiplier, make meetings AI-legible, find edge cases, translate ops into product, and maintain the knowledge base.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and synthesizer who can turn messy transcripts into clear operating docs, genuinely AI-native, curious about how organizations work, and structured but not bureaucratic.
