
Job description
We are looking for a motivated System Engineer to step into a client-facing, operationally critical role. The role involves supporting a 24×7 operational environment, owning Level 2 analysis, and serving as a trusted point of contact for clients.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in proactive support and infrastructure/application monitoring, familiarity with Global Command Center, Service Desk, or Frontline Monitoring operations, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
