Technical Team Coordinator

Role Overview

The Technical Team Coordinator plays a key role within the organization, coordinating, managing, and developing a technical team. They act as a point of convergence between internal teams, clients, and technical management, while ensuring the quality of services provided.

What You Will Do

Coordinate daily activities, manage resources, ensure employee management, act as a point of contact with clients, facilitate exchanges between technical teams and clients, and coordinate team activities with other teams.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a coordination, management, technical support senior, or any other equivalent experience
• Experience in management or team leadership in a technical or IT context
• Excellent communication, organizational, and priority management skills
• Demonstrated ability to take initiatives and evolve effectively in a dynamic environment
• Strong interest in and openness to integrating artificial intelligence tools into daily work
• Strong customer service and collaborative work skills
