Project Manager

Project Manager – Professional Services. Responsible for managing complex client-facing implementation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience managing software implementation projects
• Strong customer-facing skills, including the ability to build trust and manage complex stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrated experience managing project financials, budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio
