Logiciels Sport-Plus is seeking a Technical Support Technician to join their team, providing first-level software and technical support to clients. The ideal candidate will have a focus on customer satisfaction, work in a team, and have experience in supporting computer and network environments.

Requirements

• Analyze requests, prioritize, and respond to a large volume of calls
• Diagnose and resolve software-related problems or internal computer environments
• Advise clients on tool use and various technologies
• Perform software and technical installations, remotely
• Automate tasks and optimize business processes using artificial intelligence
