Requirements

• Previous experience within a professional kitchen
• Strong track record of time spent within a prestigious 5* hotel or high-end restaurant
• Ability to supervise junior cooks
• Excellent time-management and customer focus skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and attention to detail skills
• Good PC literacy
