Manufacturing Engineer

We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to improve and implement standardized manufacturing processes, apply lean principles and automation tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical experience
• 3-7 years of manufacturing and engineering experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing process development, documentation and improvement
• Working knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks)
• Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Problem solver with demonstrated root cause analysis techniques
• Professional, respectful communication and collaboration skills
