The Senior Civil Engineer will provide technical expertise and deliver civil engineering solutions for multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring successful execution across Hatch’s three sectors: Metals, Energy, and Infrastructure.

What You Will Do

Design & Technical: Perform conceptual and detailed civil engineering design for earthworks, roads, drainage systems, utilities, and site development. Coordination & Client Engagement: Coordinate civil engineering activities across disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery. Quality & Safety: Review and evaluate technical work prepared by engineers, designers, and technologists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of civil engineering design and project coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Civil3D and familiarity with design standards.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
