Electronics Assembly Technician

Role Overview

The Electronics Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, soldering, and inspecting electronic products and sub-assemblies in accordance with engineering documentation, workmanship standards, and production schedules.

What You Will Do

Assemble electronic products, perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering, execute assembly builds, and conduct visual inspection of assemblies and solder joints.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in electronics assembly, PCBA assembly, or soldering in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to solder to IPC‐A‐610 and/or J‐STD‐001 standards
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using basic hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
