Senior Ecommerce Operations Specialist

As a senior subject matter expert, you will lead enterprise level eCommerce operational programs to improve scalability, efficiency, sustainability, and customer experience. Develop, automate, and translate advanced operational analytics into executive level insights and decision support.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a similar field of study
• 5 years experience in ecommerce operations, logistics, supply chain, or similar with Bachelor’s Degree (5 years related experience with Master’s Degree)
• Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Exposure using AI to help with business efficiency
• Experience using ERP systems
