
Job description
We're looking for a customer-focused individual to be the primary point of contact for Direct Buy customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and collaborating with Sales and other departments to deliver seamless customer care.
Engage with customers through various channels, review and verify orders, process orders and requests, communicate with customers about order changes and product availability, and collaborate with teams to deliver customer care.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
